The rules for each Pocket Looper giveaway. No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, 18 and older. Not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
Pocket Looper Launch Giveaway

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Not affiliated with Instagram (Launch Giveaway)
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from any liability connected with the giveaway.
3. Who can enter (Launch Giveaway)
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a public Instagram account. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families and households cannot enter.
4. Entry period (Launch Giveaway)
Starts when the giveaway post goes live on @pocketlooper on November 13, 2026, and ends on November 20, 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern Time (the "Entry Period").
5. How to enter (Launch Giveaway)
During the Entry Period:
- Follow @pocketlooper on Instagram,
- Like the giveaway post, and
- Comment on the giveaway post tagging two (2) friends you play golf with.
One entry per person, no matter how many comments you leave. Tagged friends must be real people with their own accounts. Entries made by bots, scripts or multiple accounts will be disqualified.
6. Prizes (Launch Giveaway)
Five (5) winners each receive one (1) free year of Pocket Looper Pro, given as an App Store offer code for the iPhone app (approximate retail value $59.99 each). One (1) of the five winners, picked at random, also receives one dozen (12) premium golf balls (approximate retail value $55). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $355. No cash or prize substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize is unavailable. Golf balls ship only to an address in the United States.
7. How the winners are picked and told (Launch Giveaway)
Five winners will be picked at random from all eligible entries on or about November 21, 2026, and announced on November 24, 2026. Sponsor will contact each winner by Instagram direct message from @pocketlooper only. Sponsor will never ask for a password, payment or card details. Each winner must reply within 72 hours, or another winner may be picked. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
8. General conditions (Launch Giveaway)
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or anything else outside its control affects it. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that Sponsor may share their Instagram handle and first name in a winner announcement, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of liability (Launch Giveaway)
By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Instagram and Meta from any claims arising from the giveaway or the prizes, to the extent allowed by law.
10. Privacy (Launch Giveaway)
Information collected from entrants is used only to run this giveaway and contact the winners, as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy at pocketlooper.golf/privacy.
11. Governing law (Launch Giveaway)
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
